All six artist studios at 1123 Winchester Rd are currently full. However, we maintain an active waitlist and review applications as spaces become available.
Initial applications are reviewed by artfarm worker-owners and evaluated based on examples of current work and demonstrated commitment to community well-being.
artfarm intentionally prioritizes the inclusion of artists historically denied access to creative infrastructure, including working-class artists, BIPOC artists, immigrant artists, LGBTQ+ artists, and artists with disabilities. We are particularly eager to welcome artists interested in contributing to social movements, though any artist interested in contributing to this commons is welcome to apply.

Partially subsidized studios expand opportunities for all artists. If you have the capacity to give more, your support will fund shared resources in the commons.
